Our Process

Discovery

The first step in our process is a complimentary consultation call in which we get to know one another. This is where our team learns about your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and interests, your previous travel experiences, and your travel goals. We then discuss our design fee, which is based on the complexity of your trip. Once that fee has been collected, we move forward to the travel design phase.

Design

This is the step in which we work our travel magic! We synthesize all the information gathered during the discovery phase and use it to design a completely unique, customized itinerary using our proprietary software. We collaborate with our esteemed destination partners to incorporate bespoke experiences that you simply cannot find online. Then, we send a proposal that includes your full itinerary, the cost of the trip, and the terms and conditions of your travel package. 

Feedback 

During this phase, we review the itinerary together. Using your feedback, we make revisions until you have the perfect draft. 

Confirm

Once you give us the green light, we get everything booked and confirmed! 

Pre-departure Meeting 

Prior to your departure, we schedule a call to walk through your final itinerary. At this point, your itinerary will contain every detail of your trip - from flight schedules to dinner reservations. We will discuss travel tips, as well as any pertinent information relating to the particular destination you are visiting. Our team will also address any last-minute questions you may have. You will know exactly what to expect at every stage of your trip!

Follow-up

If we had to choose a favorite step, this might be it. We love hearing about your trip! From your favorite moment to your favorite meal, this is what makes our job worthwhile. If something could have gone better, this is your opportunity to share. We strive to make each trip more amazing than the last!  

Discovery

The first step in our group process is a complimentary consultation call with the wedding couple/lead traveler. Our team will gather information about the group dynamics in order to make the best recommendations. We will thoroughly explain the room block process, as well as the benefits of group travel. If you would like assistance with the event itself, we offer event management and wedding coordination for an additional fee. 

Proposal

We will pull up to 3 room block proposals based on your group needs. These proposals will contain the room rates and concessions, which are typically valid for 5 days.  After thoroughly discussing each proposal with our team, the wedding couple/lead traveler will decide which property they want to move forward with. Then, our team will request a contract!

Contract

Once we receive the contract, our team will schedule another call with the lead wedding couple/lead traveler. Together, we will thoroughly review the terms and conditions and answer any questions that may arise. Then, the wedding couple/lead traveler will sign the contract and place the required deposit.

Contract Management

Our team will manage all of the important dates listed in your contract, such as the final payment and attrition schedules. 

Group Management

Our team will create a custom group website loaded with important information pertaining to your event. We assist your guests in making their reservations and answer any travel-related questions. This allows the wedding couple/lead traveler to focus on more important things, such as the event itself! We also offer group travel insurance, coordinate airport transfers, and prepare your guests to travel. 

Support

We support you and your guests throughout this entire process, which often begins a year prior to the event! If there is an in-travel emergency, our team is available 24/7. We are there for you every step of the way.
